Career Online High School (COHS) Diploma Program
COHS is a free online diploma program available through public libraries. The program, which combines an accredited high school diploma with a career certificate, is open to California adults 19 years of age or older.

Home Safe Program
Supports safety and housing stability for individuals involved in Adult Protective Services, individuals in the Adult Protective Services intake process, or who may be served by a Tribal social services agency and appear eligible for Adult Protective Services, and who are unhoused or at risk of becoming unhoused.

Homeless Assistance Program
Helps families in the CalWORKs program meet the costs of securing or maintaining permanent housing or to provide emergency shelter when a family is unhoused. This program is administered through CalWORKs at the county level. Contact your local county welfare office to apply/learn more.

Housing and Disability Advocacy Program
The program assists individuals who are unhoused, or at risk of becoming unhoused, who are likely eligible for disability benefits by providing advocacy for disability benefits as well as housing support. The program is administered locally through the County (list of contacts on website).
