The Campaign Services team manages tools utilized by the trusted messenger ecosystem, supports data collection and analysis, and provides training and technical support. Our objective is to ensure the trusted messenger network and the Office have the data and tools required to make data-informed and equitable decisions.

The Community Engagement Team builds and equips a Trusted Messenger Network of community-based organizations with additional capacity and resources to engage communities across the state on priority issues. Our objective is to support these organizations through technical assistance and facilitating collective action, as they serve as safe and trusted places for people to access community and government programs.

The Partnerships team leads the Offices’ relationships with external partners, including state agencies, elected officials, philanthropy, nonprofit and community-based organizations. Our objective is to facilitate opportunities, leverage resources, and share lessons learned for improved coordination around the state’s priority issues.

The Administrative team oversees the daily orchestration of office affairs, encompassing the stewardship of agreements, procurements, equipment, invoice processing, travel coordination, project oversight, expense monitoring, budget management, and report generation. Our objective is to optimize the operational flow and efficacy of the office environment.
