    Provides transitional employment through litter abatement services for the Department of Transportation.

  • CalVet Home Loans

    Offers a home loan benefit for veterans who want to purchase a home and live in California. The package includes low fees, competitive interest rates, little to no down payment, flexible guidelines, a comprehensive home protection plan, and other benefits designed to support California veterans in the homeownership process. Most honorably discharged veterans and active-duty service members are eligible.

  • Career Online High School (COHS) Diploma Program

    COHS is a free online diploma program available through public libraries. The program, which combines an accredited high school diploma with a career certificate, is open to California adults 19 years of age or older.

  • Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants

    Provides monthly cash benefits to non-citizens with a disability, including but not limited to aged and blind individuals, who are ineligible for Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) solely due to their immigration status.  The recipients may be eligible for Medi-Cal, CalFresh and In-Home Supportive Services, but they must file for each benefit separately.

  • Cash for College Workshop

    October 1, 2025, through February 2026, students and families can attend free Cash for College workshops across California for help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act (CADAA) and Chafee Grant for Foster Youth applications.
