Career Online High School (COHS) Diploma Program
COHS is an online diploma program available at no charge through public libraries. The program, which combines an accredited high school diploma with a career certificate, is open to California adults 19 and over.

Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants
Provides monthly cash benefits to non-citizens with access and functional needs, including but not limited to aged and blind individuals, who are ineligible for Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) solely due to their immigration status. The recipients may be eligible for Medi-Cal, CalFresh and In-Home Supportive Services, but they must file for each benefit separately.

College Fee Waiver
Waives mandatory system-wide tuition and fees at any State of California Community College, California State University, or University of California campus. This program does not cover the expense of books, parking, or room and board. There are four plans under which dependents of Veterans may be eligible.
