Indian Health Clinics (IHCs) are to provide culturally relevant mental health and/or substance abuse treatment services and other needed services to eligible Native American California residents who are applying for or participating in the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) or Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Programs.
