Trusted Messenger Network

We built a statewide trusted messenger network that connects government, philanthropy and community across every corner of California, from rural towns to major cities, and across generations, sectors, and cultures. Through dedicated regional infrastructure and consistent support, OCPSC turned individual outreach efforts into a cohesive system that shares resources, aligns messaging, and strengthens community capacity. This collaborative network model has deepened trust, improved program delivery, and demonstrated how coordinated partnerships can drive equitable impact.
